50th wedding Anniversary

I re-made this wedding cake for a couple in our church on October 2nd. They were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary & wanted to have their wedding cake replicated. I also did two sheet cakes for them with raspberries & cream cheese on the top.

 The really great thing about this cake is that they saved their cake topper from 1961. All that was missing from the cake was a little bow that was originally on the top of the cake topper.

Each layer of cake is one layered. The tier sizes were 6 inch for the top, 8 inch, 10 inch & 12 inches for the bottom. This was a vanilla cake with raspberry & cream cheese filling and white buttercream.
