It's My Birthday Horse

 I made this horse cake for a little boy named Holden on Friday, March 2nd.

I made a chocolate cake with Peanut butter filling. The horse base color I chose to do brown & the mane & tail I made black. My sister has an arabian named Molly... & I like to imitate her coloring. It's a lot easier for me to imagine what I need to do! 

The horse is covered in marshmallow fondant.

I LOVE making a horses mouth! I like making the gums & teeth look like they are sticking out. I also love making the hooves & horse shoes.
