We were having a cookie sale for our youth missions trip as a fundraiser so the girls & I decided to donate some cake pops. We had never made them before & wanted to give them a go! Naturally, when Melody is involved in a project, pink is the color of choice... as you can see... we chose to make pink cake pops.
They were great fun to make. We had a fun system too! After we had the vanilla pops made & dipped in the color candy & the clear sprinkles I had Penny & Melody waiting in their coats to complete the final, most important step. They would each take two pops outside & run up & down the steps in the 20 degree air for a minute to make the pops cool & harden faster. They were singing & laughing & making up cake pop songs! It was a lot of fun!
